The G-Creator Project(GCP) is now split into two projects: Dolphin(formerly G-Java, StarFish, SeaGulls and G-Flash/Based on Lateral Game Maker) and Pineapple(G-Creator’s replacement). None of these projects has a stable build.
However, the GCP is offering Alpha(unstable and mostly incomplete) releases of Pineapple here: http://forums.g-creator.org/index.php?showtopic=7408
